I don’t think there are many places on earth like Saigon, where you can eat on plastic stools one night and sit down for a world class omakase the next. The collaboration between Noriboi and Chef Ton from Le Du made it even more special.

Vietnam is for everyone. You can experience it at any level you want. This $400 omakase was a special menu, but they also offer more accessible tasting menus, all built around serious ingredients and intention.
